SHEPHDA Signature Mobile Wound Care PLLC is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized wound care services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered and processed.
Completed Services
Refunds are not issued for services that have already been provided. This includes wound evaluations, procedures, consultations, and home visits. If you believe a service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 3 business days for review.
Prepaid Appointments
If you cancel a prepaid appointment before services are rendered, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Administrative or scheduling fees may apply.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted for emergencies at the provider’s discretion.
Product Returns
If wound care supplies or products are offered, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping and handling. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
